He certainly went on to a legendary writing career, and not just on the pages of that publication. Russo is, of course, one of the most famous – or infamous, depending on your point of view – writers in pro wrestling history. His out-of-control writing led to bizarre storylines, flooded with scantily-clad women, raunchy language and more.
