Something I have noticed is that Women have a habit of moaning at Men with the Baggy Jeans beeing worn low and sometimes nearly falling off fashio. But Women do tend to look scruffy when their top straps are continually falling down their arms. Take this scenario... I was on the bus the other day with a Mother and Daughter (Daughter must of been about 17), she seemed to be wearing some of these strappy vests, three in fact and a bra, nearly every five seconds one would keep slipping down her arm... at one point they all did... and she was continually pulling them up... in the end she gave up and left everything dangling - her Mum said ’Pull your top up come on’.
