Bit late for this advice and you probably already know, but obviously make sure you’re not on your period, or due on (the week before) - you’re more sensitive to pain the week preceding your period. Also take 1 or 2 500mg painkillers about an hour before you go. That’s about all you can do when you’re having it done by somebody else. Just remember mind over matter.
