Derek and Randall are now looking toward the pair of women in the near foreground at the center of the panel. This is Sherry and Vanessa—two lesbians who are dressed in t-shirts and jeans. They are sitting on the same chaise lounge while making out. Sherry should be a bit more feminine, while Vanessa is a bit more of the stereotypical butch lesbian. Feel free to add tattoos and crop her hair as needed, but don’t make her too masculine.
